Rules for Submission Abstract

You can submit an abstract.

1. The abstract must be written in ENGLISH.

2. Submit an abstract ONLY through Submission Online.

3. Use standard abbreviations and place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word appears.

4. Write numbers as numerals rather than words.

5. The body of the abstract is limited to 250 words, excluding the title and information on authors.

6. The presenting author will be required to create account and login before submitting. (Submit Now +)

Guidelines Poster

Size W 80 cm. x H 120 cm.

• Size Requirements: The required size for your poster is 80 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). This is a portrait orientation.

• Layout Guidelines: There are no specific font or layout guidelines mandated by the committee. Please design your poster to be clear, readable, and visually engaging.

• Printing: Presenters are required to print and bring their own posters to the conference. We do not provide on-site printing services.

• Setup Time & Location:

  • You should set up your poster in the morning after completing your registration.

  • Posters will be displayed outside the Grand Ballroom rooms, according to the number corresponding to your abstract in the Abstract Book. We will send the Abstract Book to you soon.

• Presentation Time: The specific time for the poster session details in the conference program.
