Poster Session Guidelines

Required size: 80 cm × 120 cm — Portrait orientation

1. Size and Orientation Requirements

  • Required Size: W 80 cm × H 120 cm.
  • Orientation: This is a strict portrait orientation.

2. Layout and Design Guidelines

  • There are no specific font or layout guidelines mandated by the committee.
  • Please design your poster to be clear, readable, and visually engaging.

3. Printing

  • Presenters are required to print and bring their own posters to the conference.
  • Please ensure the printing quality is high. We do not provide on-site printing services.

4. Setup Time & Location

  • Setup Time: You should set up your poster in the morning (e.g., between 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM) after completing your registration.
  • Location: Posters will be displayed outside the Richmond Grand Ballroom rooms. Your assigned poster board number will correspond to your abstract number, which can be found in the Abstract Book (to be sent shortly).

5. Presentation Time & Poster Awards

  • The specific time for the poster session is detailed in the conference program.
  • Poster Awards: Presenters are required to stand by their posters during this designated session time to discuss their work with attendees and judges. Prizes will be awarded to the Best Poster Presentation(s).

6. Dismantling (Removal)

Kindly remove your poster after the final poster session at 15:30.
